Storage & security
Submissions are stored in a secured database with row-level access controls. Uploaded documents are kept in private storage accessible only to authorised administrators.
Retention
Applications and enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after last contact, unless a project or partnership agreement requires longer. You can request deletion earlier.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that host or operate this website, under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing hello@garudawnx.com. This policy is designed with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
